If within one week, you feel your service is not what you requested, we will happily make necessary corrections at no cost to you. Please note that Oasis Hair does not issue cash refunds on services, and reserves the right to decline correction if it appears to be an abuse of our policy.

We allow exchanges on products purchased, if in the original packaging and not opened, within 7 days of purchase (you will need to keep your receipt for validation). We will gladly let you exchange or give you salon credit. No refunds will be issued on any products sold.
